At American Express Sports, we are dedicated to ensuring your athletic performance is supported by the right gear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible sports equipment and apparel within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your American Express account, navigate to your order history, and select the specific sports gear you wish to return to generate a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and equipment is unused, then include the printed return slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and securely attach it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized shipping carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
